I am a very hard working woman who have so much passion for trying to make a difference in the lives of patients I assist at work. I am very confident of my great performance but I am now facing a very unfair and biased situation at work. My first few months I’ve already encountered extreme discrimination and have definitely noticed how very partial my boss is to employees.
