If you are on first shift and a person that wants in the department that you are in and signs a job posting for that department and turns it down because that person would have to go to second shift, even though I have departmental seniority the G.M. told me that I would either go to second shift or I will be fired! I had no disaplinary actions or anything. Then he told me that I would have my day in court.
