Just signed a lease last month for my 3rd year at the same residence. I have been given a chance to take a promotion in another city, but my lease is not specific on what I have to pay as a penalty if I except this position and break my lease. Is it a specific time like 3 moths or would it be the remaining 11 months which would break myself and my career
