i recently asked a question about the state of texas and filing a lawsuit for not being able to get another job where i can make a liviing financially. i was hurt on the job, but didn’t use my workman’s comp because i couldn’t say exactly what day the injury occurred, it was a gradual situation that happed to injure my achilles tendon, to this day, my doctor still has not released me because the injury still exists. this happened in early 2003, i’ve tried to reapply for my job, but human resources states on my reply letter that i need to get cleared from my doctor for the injury that i had.
