My girl friend defaulted on car loan and gave the car back
My girl friend defaulted on car loan and gave the car back to the dealer she bought it from. This happend 7 to 9 years ago and now she is being hounded by Attorneys in the Practice of Debt Collection for$6185.20 saying she owes that amount.
