The question is regarding a security system which was installed by adi security system, $4200.00 were paid in advance and system which was promised by the adi not delivered instead a system is not working because the dvr is bad and was installed as a used dvr instead of a new one.two year warranty was promised but no one came to replace or fix the dvr and the system. After filling claim with BBB not resolved.
