They took down all the info necessary including a cc#, saying that until I sign the poa and other docs that they would send me an hour later via email, they can’t do anything. After I looked over their contract, I reconsidered and told them I did not wish to use them after all

I have since settled that debt with an agency for the insurance company for the lady who sued me for not quite all of the money I owed (I was making payments for years) but now just got a letter from the secretary of State telling me that her laywer has filed for that judgement agian as unpaid and I have to turn in my drivers license on September 28th.
