i have recieved a target letter from the FBI stating i am involved in mortgage fraud. I was an investor into a real estate group that required normal full doc info from me 5 years ago. I contacted an attorney in the Tampa region who didn’t have any suggestions for me that didn’t have a price tag of $50,000 dollars

During a real estate negotiation, the seller made a verbal counter offer that was accepted approximately three weeks later in writiting. On the day the written acceptance offer was to be provided to the seller, the buyer was informed that another offer was coming in. Not knowing if another offer was actually present, it seems that the verbal counter offer is being altered with the net result of changing the terms
