I have a friend that owes me 6,700.00, but she lives in canada i been trying to collect but keeps putting me off. I have already been paying the loan myself for months now, i do have paperwork of wire to her account. Can i still coolect money if the person lives in canada?

I had a bank officer forge my name on the tax rebate form last year. The check went to the bank and I was not told about it. I could not get the money because I did not have the account number according to the IRS.

my insurance company Is giving me unfair quotes, I have talked to several people at this buisiness that are no longer there, they have told me they dont know who I could have spoken to, I know I have talked to at least three different Individuals that were working there, I am paying for things I havent even authorized. Now I had enough I mention to them yesterday I did not want them taking any more automated withdrawals from my account that If they do I would sue them, Ok I got a bill from them for next month, them stating they were going to go to my automatic withdrawal from my account after telling these people I was going to sue them If they did this

I need advice with a collections situation. Last year I received notice of a payroll garnishment through my employer. I contacted the collections attorney and the matter was paid over the course of about a year. Then, this year I received notice from my bank that they were served with an attachment against my bank account in the original amount, none of which was owed any longer.

My niece worked for our clinic and she had her own gmail account so she added the business account to it. It was XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX it was put on the Dr.’s web site—paperwork—etc. She got fired and she continued to access the business e-mail account from her home–claiming it was on her account so she had every right to still use it.

I had a account with American Express and was laid off in August and got behind on my payments so american express sent me to a collections agency which was Nationwide Credit at that time the sent me a letter asking if i would like to make payment arrangeents or do a settlement on the account so i did a settlement with them and sent them the money the same day i sis the settlement which was Jult 21st i received a call from First Source another collection agency stating that they are now handling my account I told them that i had just setled my account with Nationwide credit and they said that i need to dal with them now and i told them that i never received any letters from there company and that i would not talk to them anymore well i received at least 2 calls a day from this company and yesterday i received a statement from them showing that i owe American express the full amount and if i want to deal with this issue i need to call them. I dont know what to do?????
