in oregon, after my 1st court appearance in which a restraining order was served, does the court investigate the facts i wrote on the affidavit such as the 911 calls i made, and contact the doctor who was verbally assaulted by her since i stated his name and work address, or do i need to obtain 911 records and get a written statement from the doctor myself before the hearing?thx

I was arrested for 2 counts of obtaining controlled substance by fraud. The prosecutor agreed to drop 1 count. However, the prosecutor wanted me to agree to drug court & made a stipulation that if I accept this offer my atty had to agree to not take the depo of the 2nd dr.
