I frequent a resturant/bar billed as a “family” facility in Tennesse. I recently discovered that the premises have hidden cameras, (no signage) I have come to expect that is this day and age. However, I have also learned that hidden audio devices are also placed throughout the building

i have a 2003 subaru outback that has always been serviced

Friday, July 31st, 2009

i have a 2003 subaru outback that has always been serviced at the appropriate intervals and was running fine until yesterday when it got stuck between 2-3rpm and then died. now the car will not turn over and the subaru dealership is saying it is total engine failure however we are getting clues from them that they may have not looked at the engine, just tried to turn it over and when it didn’t, they just said we need to replace the whole engine. we just had the timing belt replaced a couple months ago and a full service, but nobody noticed anything at those points nor have there been any other indicators while driving of problems…what could this be?

A trust created in 1997, with $100,000, names A and B as beneficiaries. In 2009, the trust is worth $150,000. If the trust is dissolved, and A and B each take one-half ($75,000), how are A and B taxed on the $75,000?
