We currently have a home in Summerville, SC that we have been trying to sell for over two years now. The bank that owns the loan is supposed to be looking at paperwork to approve a short-sale on this home, as there is a couple who wants to purchase this home. However, after speaking to the bank on a few occasions, the last conversation being about two weeks ago, it looks as if the bank may deny the short-sale (no confirmation on that yet)
