My x wife is going after sole custody of my children with no visitation and still wants child support. She just got re married and wants to change the kids last name to her new married name. The only reason for this is I live in New York and she lives in Arizona and I haven’t seen kids in about a year and a half due to financial problems.

My Father-inlaw is 94 years old, he has $400,000.00, he of course has decided to give the each of his children and each of his grandchildren, $13,000.00 this year and then every year after that until the money he has set aside for inhertance. I live in MO, I filed for divorce and we have not finalized anything yet havent even been to court yet, I have custody of my two children, I am wanting to move about 200 miles still in the state though. The move is to be in the area of the college that I want to attened to advance my degree.

someone sent me a text accusing me of molesting one of my children, then I find they have also provided a statement to the local child services dibvision stating something similar, but refused to provide testimony or written evidence. This was simply an attack on my character, which I could have ignored had it not been so vile and involved my children and false reporting to an agency
