my neighbor has three horses next door to me I have told him about the smell over and over the smell is so bad that when I go some were people ask do i own a horse because they smell it on my clothes we live in the city limits and i have tried to be nice and talk to him i have not called the police because this is my neighbor and we go to the same church but i cant talk to him again about it because he yelled at me yesterday and i felt the conversation was getting out of hand and i left, please help?
