I bought a car from a dealer in nyc and while signing the financial papers I told the person that I was on the “s-plan”which entitles the person to purchase the car at dealer cost. Well ,I took the car home that night and never looked at the contract. When I saw the contract a day or two days later I saw that the financial person had charged me the sticker price instead of the “S-plan” price .I have requested that they look into it and call me back ,but they have not done so .
