AT&T sent me to collections for something that was not my debt.
Wednesday, July 29th, 2009AT&T sent me to collections for something that was not my debt. I disputed the debt, proved it was not mine, and sent a letter to the collection agency telling them I was challenging the debt and to take no action on my credit. I have a negative dispute recorded on my credit and am not able to get fuding on a home loan.
