My university did not follow their harassment policy by investigating a complaint outside the limits of the policy. This has caused almost 8 months of stress for me and my family. I know that I cannot sue the University since it is a public university, but can I sue the President and Director of Social Equity that performed the illegal investigation for punitive damages?

I ama retired physician now living in a continuing care retirement community in New Jersey. I am currently chairman of the Heath Care Committee and my assistant chairperson is a graduate of Fordham Law School. One of our committee projects is the making of patient-advocate rounds once a week in our nursing home

My darling partner of 15 years died at the end of November.I nursed him for 3 years with terminal cancer.As we were both insured for our funerals, we sat together with ourFuneral Director and agreed upon what we each wanted. He asked me to arrange the funeral for him etc. However he said he felt he should leave something for his son to do.So he left him to sort out the insurance and pay funeral costs then give me anything that was left over
