I was in a rehabilitation facility for alcohal abuse.doctors.I was told that I was being taken off one of my bi-polar medications & off of all my pain and anxiety medications. I was only concerned about the elimination of my bi-polar medication (Stratera),I wasn’t sure if the doctor was qualfied in mental illness.

I had an enlarged left supraclavical lump. I had the lump biopsied in April of this year and with good results of benign with reactive lymph nodes. In June I noticed that I have a enlarged supraclavical lump (growing) on the right side along with enlarged underarm lymph nodes (both arms)

I received a blood test at my doctor’s office. He called me back in for a second blood test because the first test showed up low sodium levels in my blood. The second blood test produced the same results.

in oregon, after my 1st court appearance in which a restraining order was served, does the court investigate the facts i wrote on the affidavit such as the 911 calls i made, and contact the doctor who was verbally assaulted by her since i stated his name and work address, or do i need to obtain 911 records and get a written statement from the doctor myself before the hearing?thx

i recently asked a question about the state of texas and filing a lawsuit for not being able to get another job where i can make a liviing financially. i was hurt on the job, but didn’t use my workman’s comp because i couldn’t say exactly what day the injury occurred, it was a gradual situation that happed to injure my achilles tendon, to this day, my doctor still has not released me because the injury still exists. this happened in early 2003, i’ve tried to reapply for my job, but human resources states on my reply letter that i need to get cleared from my doctor for the injury that i had.
