I had a judgement against me for a traffic accident in which I didn’t have any insurance and was sued for $16,ooo about 18 years ago. I have since settled that debt with an agency for the insurance company for the lady who sued me for not quite all of the money I owed (I was making payments for years) but now just got a letter from the secretary of State telling me that her laywer has filed for that judgement agian as unpaid and I have to turn in my drivers license on September 28th.
