Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Boston, MA: In my employment offer – signed by both the employer and myself in 4/07 – I was to receive 5 months severance if released for any reason at anytime in the thrid year of my employment. I was released on 5/31/09 but the employer continues to delay and continues to demand I sign another agreement to receive the severance. Today they informed me that they want to add yet another section to this “agreement” stating that I “have not and will not” assist any other party in bringing action against the company..
