My boy’s father was hospitalized at Vanderbelt Hospital in late July. He had asked the hospital to do a POA. When my boys and I arrived the eve. before surgery, the nurse on staff told all of us, including the patient, that a POA would be done first thing the next morning prior to surgery. My boy’s father made it through surgery and was looking to be stable
