I have a pain in on the left side of my lower back. Does not hurt to bend over, but when I try to lay down, breathe in deeply, cough, or even beltch the pain feels like someone just stabed me. the pain has been going on for about 3 days

My optomitrist says the “flashing” or “halo” I have been experiencing in one eye is due to migraine headach…without the headache. This latest occurrence has been going on for 3 or 4 days; whereas, before it would only last 20 minutes and then go away for weeks. What is this???
