I have recently been told that I have some perihilar lymhadenopathy. I also have an AICD implanted just about a month ago. I had a pneumonia and a ground level fall due to the heart condition

a few months ago i had a SVT (supra ventricular tachycardia) attack ..i followed up with my doctor and he referral me to a cardiologist…Well he ran a few test on me and he found a hold in my heart..He set me up a appointment so that i could have pictures taking of my heart to See how big the hold was..well he told me not to eat after 12 a.m…sowhen i made it to my appointment at 1 p.m i had to wait a few more hours…so when i finally made it to my room i was around 4 p.m and i was still waiting for him because he had alot of patient head of me…so i couldn’t take it anymore i just and to eat..i ask if i could make another appointment and he did…when it was time for my appointment i got a call from his office and was told that he had to go out of town and i need to call back in to weeks to make another appointment ..so 2 weeks past and i called back and the nurse at the front desk told me that the doctor was going to call me back but he never did…i have call and call and called and he never returned my phone call..my question to you is cant he get in some type of trouble for that?

Take a deep breath… hope I don’t bore you.. here is my story.. Bloated feeling, pressure in chest, feeling like I can’t talk or swallow, shaking, feeling of blood rushing to head, dizzy, tingling pins and needles in extremities, heart racing, frequent bowel movements, wake up sometimes soak and wet sweaty, really aware of every heart beat, wheezing, very hot/warm feeling in the center of my chest moving to my arms then gone, very easily startled.
