I am a US citizen living and working in Saudi Arabia , I was thinking to incorporate a US company that holds passive investments like (Stock, Bonds, Real Estate, Shares in Private Equity companies) in the US and abrod.I need a company that i can Increase my 2 kids share every 2 to 5 years , Adding money to company every year or as needed with the minmum tax and ( keep goining) maintenance cost. so i have few questions to ask : 1) Is LLC in Delaware since i live abroad? 2) Can i increase my kids share and add money tax free?

my husband and i are not getting along and we have been arguing alot and the other day he told me has been taping our fights for the past few years and he is going to bring them to court and have my kids taken away from me because i have yelled in front of the kids. meanwhile, i never knew he was doing this.
