I am a beneficiary of a trust and I would like to know if I have a right to ask the lawyers and accountant of the trust how much money is left in the trust so I may better plan ahead for my future. I took an early retirement to take care of my fiance and he in turn took care of me in two trusts.   One trust fund called me when they lost a lot of money in the stock market and said they could only pay half until the stock market came up.

I filled a charge of racial discrimination with the EEOC against my past employer in July ‘08 . I have yet to hear of any findings of the pending investigation also due to untrue sttatement by my employer I was disqulified for unemployment and ordered to repay over pay. I disagreeed with the final ruling how ever did not have the resources to file a Judicial Review.

I have a Lawyer who represented me during a claim with Washington State Labor & Industries. I have since reached pension status with L&I. I recently found that the lawyer had withheld the exact pension amount from me, and now refuses to return my calls.
