Saturday, August 15th, 2009In the last couple of weeks my mom’s face has gotten very swollen looking, almost like a steroid face, her ankles are huge and in the last few days she is noticing a bitter taste when she eats…she has scheduled an appointment with the doctor, but she can’t get in until the 24th, I’m concerned this might be too late, her face is almost unrecognizable, she was seriously ill last year with DVT and PE following a Cholecystectomy…she has HTN and takes meds…should I encourage her to get in sooner?
