If you were to give a 60 day notice to move out at the end of the lease and you only gave a 30 day notice and it was accepted by management and nothing was said that I was suppose to give a 60 day notice. The reason I was moving out was during a rain storm my apartment flooded and I lost some furniture because Management would not fix the outside wall where the leek came from.
