My son was 23 in September 2008, when his voice became very raspy. He went to a ENT doctor and she said that he had lesions on his voice box. They went into surgery and somehow these lesions turned out to be 100’s of warts.

Hi, my name is Kim, I own a house who I rented to a doctor, he signed a one year lease and decided to extend it for another 3 years….to make a long story short, he broke his lease a year early, damaged my house. I used the deposit to hire a realtor to find another tenant, and the rest to repair the house, this doctor is verbally and metally abusive towards me, he’s using his medical degree to diagnoise me and threaten me, he called me mentally not stable and is demanding that I go get mental treatment, he’s is making my life hell after he distroy my house, are doctors supposed to dignoise their landlord, and use their education to threaten people, he’s claiming that I’m causing his family stress and that they will need counseling

I have a friend that would like to give me partial guardianship over her son. Is there such a law in CA that I can be guardian for him but not have decisions over his medical? (For example, having power of attorney just for a parents home but not their well being.)

I started having severe muscle pains in my arms, shoulders hurting when I lift. I have tried everything from ibprofin, to excererin, to advil, nothing helps. Years earlier I was diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency and perscribed a green capsule like medication…I was working then and had insurance, I do not have insurance, could it be that I need this to stop these spasm pains

IS it against Oregon State Law for an employer to not cover my livin partner of 5 years on my medical insurance I have recently switched jobs and my new empoyeer saud that my domestic livin wife (not legally) spouse but we live as though we are married I have had isurance with her and both our children on my plan now there are no chilren but my patner and I are still together live as man and wife but my new company said I can not have her on my plan I think that must be against the law if we cover 2 men or 2 women on a plan please let me know where I can find this information
