if an employer interrogates and accuses you of theft and calls the police only to have the police state it is not a police issue and leave and the employer terminates you for something else entirely do you have any recourse?

i was charged with possession for sales during a “raid” of my property in error – they were at the wrong address but after the fact found methamphetamine at the property and charged me with possession for sales. The property is multi unit and the substances were found in the community laundry room. The case was brought before the superior court judge who dismissed the case – he said although he felt the officers did have probable cause there was insufficient evidence to prove i was a drug dealer.

i hosted a public event on my property for motorcyclists. We had sled races and were approved by the town and county executive that we could shut down a portion of a town road for a certain time for a motorcycle stunt show. We have a letter give me the permission to do this and the day of the event the state police of new york and state park police set up road blocks on each end of this X XXXXX XXXX only those way in or out and they stopped every motorcycle issuing tickets for everything they could possibly find, on top of that they said we cannot shut the road down or arrests will be made to anyone involved
