I just reviewed my WAMU Equity line of credit loan documents because I was surprised the they “charged off” the balance when I was working through the modification on the first lien (also with WAMU). That being said, I went through the docs because I remember that when we refinanced, the home all funds went completely toward refinancing our home (nothing was given to us to “spend”).

I have a relative that was living in my unused rental property (New York State) for a nominal fee without any formal lease. He has physically vacated as of July 1, but he has left personal property behind. I have asked him to remove the property several times and he has so far refused and told me I must formally evict him and until then, I do not have any right to touch his things. I do not want to involve the sheriff and formally evict, and really don’t even have a forwarding address, but I do know where he works.

A water line was installed across a piece of property in 1988, with the owners permission, to provide a water source for a home on an ajoining property. For the past 21 years the owner of the property that the water line runs through has allowed multiple owners of the ajoining property to utilize the water line. I am now trying to buy the property and the owner says he doesn’t want the water line on his property any longer. & nbsp; Since there wasn’t an official easement established for the waterline, can he, after this many years refuse to allow me to use the water line
