If I purchsed a property at a trustee sale in california, and a tenant resides in the property with an existing lease who is also complaining about a health issue such as mold, would I be responsible for mantaining a good livable enviorment of the property during the past period of time when I did’nt even own the property. Lets say a past room mate in the house is complaining about medical conditions caused from a mold source

property/neighbor rights re: tree/tree limbs overhang other’s property: if one neighbor cuts limbs of other’s tree, who is responsilble to dispose of same limbs?/can you cut beyond the overhang, entire limb?

I bought a condo at auction.After closing, I was informed by the HOA that the roof leaked over one of the patio’s. The leak spread to the next apartment and the drywall under the patio was bulged from the leakage

A friend of mine is storing his boat at my house while he changes residence. My friend initially was going to sell me the boat. He has been in his new residence for approximately nine months and has no responded to requests to complete the sale of the boat, nor has he attempted to retrieve his property.

There was a home inspection done on my property in 2008 and we bought the property in 2008 for the owner and we have only lived in this home for 9 months and now the roof is leaking.

I defaulted on a mortgage for some property in Idaho, the lender foreclosed and the property was sold at a foreclosure sale. Now I have been served with a lawsuit demanding the balance owed on the mortgage over what the value of the property actually is at this time. The amount being sought is roughly $70,000 + legal fees
