My wife signed a lease along with me for an apartment then she left me for another guy. How do I file a claim against her for half the rent for the term of the lease plus half of the credit card bill I paid for her?

bought resterant equipment from a lady with a failed resterant, it was in a high rise builing and the frist load of equipment went finne upond returning the police were there and the builing manager said we could not get back in.

my so called landlord is trying to evict me saying they want to use the house for a different reason other than renting,when i moved in i was told i could stay as long as i wanted and was not asked to sign a lease,the only thing negotiated was the rent,ive aquired some animals,and cant find a new place to rent or buy in 30 days,but he was beligerent about the matter,what recourse do i have,at least until i find another place,he said he was going to start eviction proceedings,Thank You
