I am a supervisor that provides a mid-year and annual evaluations

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

I am a supervisor that provides a mid-year and annual evaluations of employees working for me.   One employee who is a Native American, received an evalutation from me that was not to his agreement.   He filed an EEOC with my company against me.   The company has ruled that the EEOC was unfounded, but I have never seen the complaints submitted against me.   He also called two of my direct reports or peers to him and advise them that he had submitted at EEOC complaint against me and that the EEO department would be in contact with them.

JustAnswer – I am a CEO of a FI and have an individual in our small community

Wednesday, August 19th, 2009

I am a CEO of a FI and have an individual in our small community with a “passion” of speaking slanderous words so as to ruin my reputation in the community and is intent on me losing my job after 25 great years in the non profit business. He is stating that I am a a felon having “breaking and entering” a friends business and is intent and shouts to everyone who will listen that I am a thief and he will have me in jail. My business has began to suffer a bit in such a small community but the most of my customers know me well over the past 25 years and are standing by me
