i asked this question earlier but i am just not clear on answer i already paid for..so i going to take the blame cause i am not asking it clear enough i hope one of you will give me clean cut answer,last nite i pick up a known prostitute we drive to a motel as soon as i pull in king county of WA.STATE sheriffs swoop in and get me out read my rights and question us both, initially i try to deny but when threatened with handcuffs and impounding my car i come clean confess to intent of patronizing for prostitution they let her go, they take my drivers license call in i have no record i have never been arrested in my life, they say i have been charged and say that i will get citation in mail to go to court with a maximum of 1000.00 and/or 90 days in jail at this point i am ready to die! i have a family etc! my question is will i go to court i did NOT sign anything wasnt arrested just detained for 30min. or so WAS I CHARGED?
