My land lord denied me a subletter after making a contract with a subletter. Can I take him to small claims court? My land lord gave back my security deposit in full before my lease was up and yet he is still billing me a total of $250 for cleaning services.

I receive Disability Pension from NYPD as of march of 2008. I filed for extetion in April for taxes.

We live in Washington State, and our landlord withheld part of our security deposit for electrical repairs. This was for a faulty circuit that we had nothing to do with (he even admitted he had issues with it prior to our tenancy).

I rented an apt for 3 years, after 2 some repairs were needed for a busted water pipe under the apts, the walls were never completely finished i waited a year plus, then the water was shut off for non payment from the landlord, i withheld the rent for two months before leaving, but even after 30 days, havent heard anything from the landlord. am I entitle to my security deposit back. The city code enforcement was warning the landlord he had repairs and water issues to handle and hadnt before I left, the water was off a week and still off when I left?
