Not only that, but his right to privace was violated by his teacher saying horrible things about him to the complaining parent. I know as a teacher myself that no teacher is allowed to talk about a child to another parent.

My question – how is my share of the health insurance benefits decided? Is it the amount in the teacher’s contract that was in effect when I left my prior district or the contract that is presently in effect?
