My daugheters apartment complex let 4-5 months go by and let her renew her lease and didn’t tell her three months back rent was owedsomeone stole her pin # She couldn’t pay it all so they evicted her.They said she could make payments to collections for back rent.Afterward they said she now owes 12,000 for lease it ends in 2010 !!!They turned it over to coolections and they are going to make mine and her credit bad.She goes to college and my name is on her lease. What steps do I need to take.Thank you Terry Oliver
