I am filing a small-claims suit against a moving and storage company that damaged, destroyed and lost/stole a lot of my belongings. I filled against the Company (an LLC in Texas) and the owners/operators of the company at the time the incidents occurred. However, since filing the claims with the company but before filing the lawsuit, the company was sold and re-located.

In 1992 I was told that my my mother (who was legally incompetent at the time) had to be declared legally competent by 3 separate doctors and then they would be able to obtain a legal separation in Texas to get my mother’s SSI, medicare, medicade, and food stamps started. I am told that a legal separation is not possible in Texas, so would this be made possible?

While driving from Colorado to Texas tonight, Mazdaspeed 3 airconditioner quit blowing hard – barly blowing not very cool and gas mileage dropped. Car seems to be running fine.

I signed a contract for a photo shoot for my 9 year old daughter to get a comp card for modeling. The company told me that they would provide a digital comp card which was industry standard but I found out that agents or casting directors do not actually except digital comp cards. I signed an agreement which says the money is non-refundable

I want to know as to where can I find LEGAL information about resetting the SOL clock when the debtor has made payment on a personal LOAN after expiration of Statute Of Limitation. Also I want to know as to when creditor lives in INDINA county and the debtor Lives in Texas on what ground the debtor can be sued in INDINA county?

Is there a law that prohibits Board members of a non-profit organization in Texas to be related to one another. IAlso, if you receive state or government funding as a non-profit do any laws apply that prohibit the same if the non-profit is a recipient of funding.
